Casa Disfruta
Casa Disfruta is completely renovated in 2022. It has the luxury of a private swimmingpool, a heated outdoor shower, an outdoor kitchen with a luxurious BBQ and more than enough space to dine, lounge or sunbathe.
The appartment consists of a kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, one bathroom and a lockable conservatory. In the living room is a sofa that can be converted into a bed where two people can sleep on.
The kitchen has a large fridge and freezer, oven, three-burner hob with extractor hood and a dishwasher. The fridge and freezer are in the utility room which also contains the washingmachine. There’s also a coffee machine, toaster, grill and kettle. The kitchen contains crockery and cutlery for 6 persons.
The living room is a nice space where you can relax. There’s an air conditioner and fan. Also there’s a TV with chrome connection, so you can easily connect it to your phone. The living room is connected to the lockable conservatory. The conservatory has a sliding glass door, so you can enjoy the sun but in the winter it’s nice and warm. From there you can walk into the garden.
The bathroom consists of a toilet, bathroom furniture and shower. Both bedrooms have a double bed, built-in wardrobe and fan. One of the bedrooms also has air conditioning.
The garden is a large space which is suitable for cozy dining, lounging and sunbathing. Casa Disfruta has the luxury of a private swimmingpool of 8x4 meters. In addition to the private swimmingpool, the urbanization also has a communal swimmingpool. There’s a heated shower and outdoor kitchen in the garden. There is also enough space to park a car on the site.
About Us
We are Klaas and Jaimy. We officially started Casa Disfruta in May 2022. In 2021 our dream became reality, we bought our appartment in Spain! After a long search and many viewings, we found this amazing place: a corner appartment with a large south-facing garden and at a perfect location. We decided to completely renovate it and turned it into our perfect holiday spot. A place where we could enjoy ourselves under the Spanish sun, away from our busy life in the Netherlands. We started loving it here so much that we thought it would be great to let other people enjoy our amazing spot as well, so we decided to rent it out. We believed that our guests should be able to enjoy themselves without any worries, just like us. In May 2023 the time had come, we finally found the appartment perfect and ready for renting it out. We allready received so many nice reviews. This makes us happy every single time! In October 2022 we decided to emigrate to Spain ourselves. Together with our son Mateo Manuel we enjoy our Spanish life and we hope that our guests experience that same feeling of happiness during their stay at Casa Disfruta. We live very nearby so we welcome our guests ourselves and the contact is therefore very personal. This is very important to us. We would love to welcome you next.
About the enviroment
Casa Disfruta is located in Orihuela Costa, Alicante. Orihuela is a coastal area and is located on the Costa Blanca. Due to it’s central location you can visit many beautiful places. The cities Alicante and Murcia are 50 minutes away by car. In addition to these major cities, you will find the nicest places about 10 minutes away. For example: Torrevieja, La Mata and Guardamar del Segura.
Casa Disfruta is near several beaches, like Playa de La Zenia and Cabo Roig. You can reach Cabo Roig within 3 minutes by car and this will be a 15 minutes walk. For Playa de la Zenia applies: 5 minutes by bar and about half an hour if you would walk.
Also very nice. The large shopping center La Zenia Boulevard is very near by! You can be here within 5 minutes by car.
Tips
The journey
You can travel by car (2126 km) or by plane. You can fly from Amsterdam, Eindhoven and Rotterdam. You have to fly to Alicante and from there it’s a 40 minutes drive to Casa Disfruta.
