Casa Disfruta
Casa Disfruta is completely renovated in 2022. It has the luxury of a private swimmingpool, a heated outdoor shower, an outdoor kitchen with a luxurious BBQ and more than enough space to dine, lounge or sunbathe.
The appartment consists of a kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, one bathroom and a lockable conservatory. In the living room is a sofa that can be converted into a bed where two people can sleep on.
The kitchen has a large fridge and freezer, oven, three-burner hob with extractor hood and a dishwasher. The fridge and freezer are in the utility room which also contains the washingmachine. There’s also a coffee machine, toaster, grill and kettle. The kitchen contains crockery and cutlery for 6 persons.
The living room is a nice space where you can relax. There’s an air conditioner and fan. Also there’s a TV with chrome connection, so you can easily connect it to your phone. The living room is connected to the lockable conservatory. The conservatory has a sliding glass door, so you can enjoy the sun but in the winter it’s nice and warm. From there you can walk into the garden.
The bathroom consists of a toilet, bathroom furniture and shower. Both bedrooms have a double bed, built-in wardrobe and fan. One of the bedrooms also has air conditioning.
The garden is a large space which is suitable for cozy dining, lounging and sunbathing. Casa Disfruta has the luxury of a private swimmingpool of 8x4 meters. In addition to the private swimmingpool, the urbanization also has a communal swimmingpool. There’s a heated shower and outdoor kitchen in the garden. There is also enough space to park a car on the site.
About Us
We are Jennifer and Richard. We are a lovely family with 3 boys aged 7, 8 and 11. Last September we came across the lovely apartment Casa disfruta and fell in love immediately. In the summer of 2024 we were dreaming of a holiday home in Spain together, we had our holiday there and fantasized how nice it would be to be able to live here for a while now and then. And then we were pointed to this house via FB! We contacted the sellers and there was an immediate click! Super nice because partly due to their patience and help our dream came true🥰 What I (Jennifer) like most about this dream is that when we are not there ourselves we can rent it out to guests, who can then enjoy it just as much as we do. How nice is it to offer a beautiful apartment with all the comforts. What I also want for our guests is to create a nice homely feeling. I want there to be no surprises when you step inside, but everything to be just like the pictures! What I also find very important is hygiene, we always deliver our apartment spick and span! Hospitality is at the top of my list, so welcome to our beautiful Casa!
About the enviroment
Casa Disfruta is located in Orihuela Costa, Alicante. Orihuela is a coastal area and is located on the Costa Blanca. Due to it’s central location you can visit many beautiful places. The cities Alicante and Murcia are 50 minutes away by car. In addition to these major cities, you will find the nicest places about 10 minutes away. For example: Torrevieja, La Mata and Guardamar del Segura.
Casa Disfruta is near several beaches, like Playa de La Zenia and Cabo Roig. You can reach Cabo Roig within 3 minutes by car and this will be a 15 minutes walk. For Playa de la Zenia applies: 5 minutes by bar and about half an hour if you would walk.
Also very nice. The large shopping center La Zenia Boulevard is very near by! You can be here within 5 minutes by car.
Tips
The journey
You can travel by car (2126 km) or by plane. You can fly from Amsterdam, Eindhoven and Rotterdam. You have to fly to Alicante and from there it’s a 40 minutes drive to Casa Disfruta.
