The prices are exclusive of the cleaning costs of €90,- and including 80 kW elextricity per week. If this is overwritten, the extra costs will be deducted from the security deposit.

A security deposit of €500,- is required.

The down payment must be completed after booking and is 20% of the total amount. The remaining 80% must be paid four weeks before arrival.

What happens if you want/have to cancel?
Up to three months before the start of the holiday, it’s possible to cancel free of charge. The down payment will be refunded. If the holiday is canceled within three months before the start of it, the deposit will not be refunded. If the holiday is canceled within two weeks before the start of it, the entire amount will not be refunded. This of course applies if there is no valid reason for cancellation.
